Back in 2006, I made a website for my father to help him communicate his ideas to the world. For many years he used the term The Life Center for his health education outreach, then later, widening its scope he decided on The Wow Center. He was always proud and happy about even though it is now an artifact of early 2000's era websites. Now he has passed, (RIP, dad) and the website and domain have been retired, but I've preserved it here.

Anvil Esquire was my rap persona and I recorded several songs you can listen to. Weird samples!

How To Lose Friends and Become Irrelevant to People was a zine I made in 2020, authored by the fictional Cale Darnegie. I wanted a mysterious website unconnected to my name to send people to, but no one ever tried to contact "Dale".

"Sadness: A Field Guide" is a great little humorous essay about different types of sadness written by Nick Jaina. I originally read the story in a Portland literary magazine and loved it so much I got the author to let me make a little website version of it so I could read it to people any time I wanted to. Later he adapted it into a longer work called Get It While You Can, which you can now buy on his website.

The Sweet Snob was a blog (and Twitter / X account) with reviews of music, movies, food, and other media I loved. I liked to do a "top ten albums" SOME years with pretty countdown graphics for the themes.
