sexy meat girl
I had to do something to break my blog writers block!
Rzan was looking so foxy on the couch tearing into a lamb steak with her fingers in long socks and a skirt. I snapped a quick, but unfortunately not-very-focused picture of her:

Oh yeah, and I've been meaning to post a couple of recent entries to the mirror project:
Gather the following ingredients:
| a bunch of tofu, chicken or turkey
a few fresh pasilla peppers, seeded and chopped 1 teaspoon black peppercorns |

Soak the dried peppers in warm water for a few minutes.
Sauté the fresh peppers in olive oil until good and hot, then set them in a saucepan. Pour in the dried chilis and water and let them simmer until really soft.
Sauté the onions and roasted garlic in the stick of butter until they are translucent. Add the torillas, roll, almonds, peanuts, raisins, pepitas, sesame, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick, chocolate, tomatoes and coriander. Sauté for a few minutes. Toss in the chilis and a cook just a little longer.
Puree the whole mess and pour back into the pan. Let bubble and brew.
Sear meat or tofu, and then add it to the molé...let it cook until potent.

Nate hails me from Mount Tuam.
The last few days (and probably the next few) have been like those feel-good 80's teen movies.
You know the ones I'm talking about..."hey guys, we can make this work if we all just pitch in and fix up this old abandoned warehouse!" Then there's a musical montage to Neutron Dance or something, and everyone looks all cute while they make funny mistakes and move in fast motion.
Then at the end the warehouse is all cleaned up and everyone is standing in a big group wiping their brows and saying, "We did it, guys!"
We're not quite to the brow wiping part...but it's getting pretty close. The place looks better every day and it just about looks like a place where we can get some serious work done.
I'm all moved in with the Loverzan.
Love her love her love her.
